What it Takes to Gain a Happy Place

The first is pretty reasonable. In order to establish a happy place, one will need at least one place. This place needs to be yours. When you go there you need not feel the need to be anywhere else. In that moment, in that place, you can find a reason to exist.

Sometimes the only face you will need is your own, but if you’ve been locked in the confines of your own negativity, the best thing you can do is ask for the accompaniment of that person whom you know believes in you no matter what.

On most occasions, all one needs is space. To create. To breath. To eat. To sleep. Space. We can self-sabotage when we over-crowd ourselves with stimulation, socialization, and overall input/output. When gaining a happy place, give space to yourself.

The essence of a happy place can be wrapped in one’s mind yes, but gaining a place to go to at any needed moment can give a real life sanctuary that is definitely almost always needed. People who believe and love you can simply add to that moment of bliss; Any others should not be allowed interfere with the happiness. Remember that anxiety added to one’s happy place can mess with the happiness levels, so one should always give oneself adequate space.

Much love to you and yours.

~may your breath always be the way you wish~
